Jiahong Precision Mold is a high-end mold factory under ecomartHK Environmental Protection, with strong mold design and manufacturing capabilities. It has profound technical experience and case accumulation, and can provide customers with one-stop solutions such as mold design, precision manufacturing, injection molding equipment advice, and efficient energy-saving solution planning.

At present, there are four vacuum forming workshops, including four digital production lines, with PLM as the main line, MES as the core, and industry-leading vacuum forming equipment as the support. The system and equipment are interconnected, and then fully automated and unmanned through automatic conveyor lines, automatic printing machines, automatic packing, palletizing robots, AgV car intelligent logistics, etc. The average production capacity of a single production line is 800000 pieces/day.

Packaging Automation Workshop (Tableware Pack)
We have multiple automated production lines for tableware bags, which enable mechanical operation throughout the entire process of producing multiple accessories such as tableware, seasoning bags, and tissues. Our intelligent manufacturing production line has obtained multiple patented technologies for inventions and utility models, which can meet the needs of customers for large-scale and customized tableware bags.

The company has both two-step and one-step bottle blowing equipment, equipped with multiple professional bottle blowing technology R&D personnel in the industry, which can meet the customized needs of customers for different bottle types. Currently, the products are mainly used in packaging products, shaped cosmetics, baby products, and various household daily necessities in the catering industry.

Fully degradable material modification workshop
By independently researching and mastering the process technology and flow of customized modification of biodegradable materials, biodegradable modified materials based on polylactic acid have obtained multiple patents and been put into large-scale production. There are currently 20 automated production lines with an annual output of 100000 tons of biodegradable modified materials, making it a large-scale degradation material modification workshop in China.

Fully degradable film bag workshop
It was put into operation in 2020 and currently has 40 multi-color blown film and printing production lines, as well as over 20 bag making equipment. It can achieve 6-color printing and meet the customization of diversified fully degradable bags such as interrupted flat mouth, vest, and irregular dense bags. The product quality has been recognized by well-known domestic and foreign brands.

Straw/Paper Straw Workshop
The workshop has nearly 150 high-speed straw equipment, mainly producing fully degradable heat-resistant straws and PLA cold drink straws. Currently, there is a strong market demand for these products, which have been recognized by a large number of tea and coffee chain brand enterprises.
